Chuck Kane

Chuck Kane has more than 35 years of commercial, business development, mergers and acquisitions and senior management experience in the energy sectors in the USA and Canada.

Mr. Kane has been involved in over $1.8 billion of asset acquisitions, divestments, developments, and sales. His experience spans from well head gathering, treating, processing, mainline transmission and storage, fractionation, salt water gathering & disposal wells, and end market sales. He has enhanced the profitability of cavern storage, pipelines, NGL rail and barge facilities, and increased synergies with gas and fractionation plants.

Most recently, he served as Vice President of Business Development for Cypress Energy Partners where he managed the sales and business development activities with annual sales of $22 million, over 220 customers, six gathering systems and thirteen wells that disposed of more than 65,000 barrels per day of salt water across the Bakken and Permian basins.

Mr. Kane previously served as Corporate Manager of Midstream, Commercial, and Business Development for Aux Sable Liquid Products where he acquired a 180 MMCF per day natural gas gathering system and treating facility in the Bakken that delivered gas to the Aux Sable Channahon Illinois plant for processing and fractionation. Additionally, Mr. Kane secured long term gas supplies from several producers to increase the economics of the midstream investment.

Mr. Kane earned a B.S. in Marketing from Niagara University, and a MBA Certificate from Tulane University, and is a member of the GPA, NGEAO, and NESA. Mr. Kane actively mentors youths at the Tulsa Boys Home.
